PIM Administration

The OpenDIMS PIM management allows users to access and manage product data efficiently. With an active account, the user can log in and access a clear dashboard that presents key data and statistics, such as product counts, popular products, brands, and periodic runs such as import and export. The admin menu offers quick shortcuts for data management and creation, with flexible menus that can be expanded as new apps add extra functionality.


Access to the admin center

To access the PIM administration, you must have an active account and be logged in. If an account has not yet been created, it can be done by filling out OpenDIMS Signup.

Dashboard

When you are logged in to OpenDIMS, you are greeted by a dashboard that provides an overview of important PIM data. It also shows statistics about products, e.g. number, popular products, brands and the like, as well as how the journeys, imports, exports, etc. have looked in periods.

The administration menu contains shortcuts for data management and creation. Individual menu items can be folded out to reveal multiple submenus. On a new account, the menu will initially contain a few items, but it can be expanded with more options as apps add additional functionality.
