By using product filters, you can focus your search. It works similarly to filtering rows in Excel, where only the relevant rows are displayed.
Filters are created and managed under Data Types in the admin center.

Filtering Your Products
By using product filters, you can narrow down your search. A filter is like filtering rows in Excel, so only the relevant rows are displayed, as below screenshot shown:
Create a filter
To create a filter, go to Data Types in the admin center and select the data type you want to create a filter for. It can be a new filter for products where you only want active products in your filter.
Use a filter
You can use and reuse a filter anywhere in OpenDIMS – if you have created it once, you can use it in views to base overviews on or in an integration where you only want to pass on the products that are in your filter.
